Déogan is reserved, often lurking in the shadows and avoiding attention. But when he does speak he can be very charming, capable of persuading the most unfriendly of people to do what he wants. He knows exactly what to say and when to say it. In his spare time he enjoys pickpocketing from people who trust him.

Déogan tries to keep his race a secret from the people he meets. He wraps his pale skin in dark robes and covers his fangs with a mask.
